After graduating with honors in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 1995, he furthered his studies by obtaining a PhD in Commercial Law from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” in 2004. Admitted to the Bar in 1999 and admitted to practice before the Higher Courts in 2019, he deals with civil law, commercial law, intellectual property, international law and corporate law, with particular attention to corporate governance and bankruptcy and restructuring profiles. His professional activity also includes M&A transactions, buyouts and strategic alliances, thus ensuring a wide range of legal services to companies and private individuals both nationally and transnationally.
In parallel with his legal practice, since 2009 he has been Associate Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Camerino, School of Law, and since 2013 he has been Contract Professor of Competition Law at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, Faculty of Economics. Thanks to his constant comparison with academic dynamics, he maintains an always up-to-date approach aimed at the search for innovative solutions, also making use of his mastery of several languages, including English, French and Spanish. This combination of academic and operational skills, together with the international vocation that characterizes his activity, allows him to satisfy the most complex needs of clients, offering personalized and multidisciplinary services, in line with the demands of a constantly evolving global market.
